Step 2 — Choose your appliance

How many tax / CPA professionals work at your firm? Choose your SKU: Tax Core ($13,500 + $379/mo), Tax Scale ($26,500 + $859/mo), or Multi-appliance cluster — we'll quote.

Step 3 — How would you like to add state coverage?

Pick a regional bundle or two; pick individual states; National 20-State Footprint ($2,000/mo); or Federal only — the Federal corpus is included.

Step 4 — Choose your states / bundles

Buyer picks bundles or individual states with prices visible inline.

Step 5 — Optional add-ons

Additional user licenses, advanced training tiers, onsite install support.

Step 6 — Your quote

Itemized summary, totals, editable, submit.

What happens after you submit your configuration.

  1. You get a confirmation email with the summary of your configuration.
  2. Our sales lead reviews your submission within 24 hours. We review and confirm your order.
  3. If everything checks out, we send an online agreement with the contract pre-filled to your configuration. If we need to clarify anything, we email or schedule a 15-minute call.
  4. Signing the agreement triggers a series of business processes — invoicing, appliance build, configure and ship, and training mobilization.
