Cunningham AI Solutions, Inc. is the company behind the Sovixis brand. The team is intentionally small: leadership supported by experienced IT and business professionals with backgrounds in the regulated knowledge industries we serve and advanced degrees from schools like University of California, San Diego and Colorado School of Mines.

The company has filed core and supporting provisional patent applications and is pursuing a build-to-operate strategy rather than licensing or build-to-sell commercialization.

Sovixis was founded by Jonathan Cunningham, a CPA with a passion for tax, technology and business transformation. Jon is the owner operator of Cunningham CPA PC, a San Diego-based boutique tax and advisory firm. Jon has more than three decades of tax experience and extensive experience leading large-scale enterprise IT transformation programs as well as corporate strategy consulting for many of the world’s leading firms.
Prior to his current ventures, Jon held positions with Arthur Andersen, PricewaterhouseCoopers, HCL Technologies (NSE: HCLTECH), Axon Solutions Limited (LSE: AXO), Mainspring, Inc. (acquired by IBM), and Gemini Consulting, Inc., which later merged with the consulting practice of Ernst & Young to form Cap Gemini Ernst & Young.
Jon earned his MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and his Bachelor of Science, with Highest Honor, from Georgia Institute of Technology.
